RADIO OPERATION

(1) To switch on the radio, slide the Function Switch (5) to the "ON" position.

(2) Then, slide the Sound Selector (6) to "RADIO" position.

(3) Adjust your desired sound volume level by turning the Volume Control (9).

(4) Slide the Band Selector (15) to your desire radio band.

[The Band Selector (15) located inside the Band Selector Cover (16)]

(5) Turn the Tuning Control (10) to select your favorite radio station.

(6) To turn off the unit, slide the Function Switch (5) to "OFF" position.

NOTE :

Slide the Band Selector (15) to "FM ST" to play the stereo FM station.

The External Wire Antenna (20) is effective for FM(UkW) band. Un-wire the entire

antenna & hang it to a higher position for the best reception.

For AM(MW), there is a build-in wire antenna. For better reception, you may need to

move your unit.

MP-3 (SD/MMS) PLAYER OPERATION

(1) Slide the Sound Selector (6) to "MP-3" position and slide the Function Switch (5) to "ON"

position.

[The MP-3 Player ON Indicator (7) will be flashing]

(2) Insert a SD/MMC external memory card into the SD/MMC Card Slot (14).

[Make sure you install MP-3 format music into the SD/MMC card before playing it]

[This unit support up to 1GB SD or MMC card memory with FAT-16 or FAT-32 file format]

(3) Once slot in the memory card, the MP-3 player will play the music automatically.

[The MP-3 Player ON Indicator (7) will be continuously ON]

(4) Then adjust your desired sound volume level by turning the Volume Control (9).

(5) Press the MP-3 Forward Button (13) or MP-3 Backward Button (12) to select the songs forward

and backward respectively.

[The MP-3 player will repeat playing the tracks automatically]

(6) To pause playing, press the MP-3 Pause Button (11) once. To resume playing the MP-3, just press

the MP-3 Play/Pause Button (11) once again.

[The MP-3 Player ON Indicator (7) flashing for player pause and continuously ON for playing]

(7) To turn off the unit, slide the Function Switch (5) to "OFF " position.

NOTE:

In order to get MP-3 files playing without problem, make sure that there are no other non

MP-3 files stored in the SD/MMC memory card. Non MP-3 files can disturb the trouble

free play.

AUX. MUSIC PLAYING OPERATION

(1) Slide the Function Switch (5) to "ON" position

[The Sound Selector (6) can be set to "MP-3" or "RADIO" position]

(2) Connect the external music player with the unit by plugging in the provided cable into the Aux.

Input Socket (22).

(3) Then adjust your desired sound volume level by turning the Volume Control (9).

(4) To turn off the unit, unplug the aux. music player and slide the Function Switch (5) to "OFF "

position.
