11.2 Pneumatic bypass

The pressure regulator preset can be operated, please refer to
the curve below, but it has to be followed up by a check­up on
the installation :
• From 0 to 5 bar, the bypass setting depends on the rota­
tion speed of the pump.
• From 5 to 10 bar, the rotation speed does not impact the
pilot air pressure of the bypass.

These curves indicate the nominal air pressure when the dis­
charge valve is closed, it will be necessary to adjust this pres­
sure according to the installation, but the hydraulic pressure
in the pump must, in no case, exceed 10 bar.
Check on the installation the pump gives the right pressure
(using a manometer) with a closed valve on the discharge line.
