Under normal display, long press the key for 2

seconds to manually lock or unlock the screen.

Under normal display, press the key to turn on the

light inside

In the normal display, press the key to enter the

modification interface of setting value , long press

the key for 3 seconds to enter the parameter

modification interface.

In the setting state, press the key to make the

setting value shift and modify.

If running mode, can switch the display for

segments or cycle.

Press the key in the setting state to increase the

setting value.
