Operating Instructions
1. Before use, securely station the Merchandiser on a dry, level surface that is away from any water. Be sure to
clean the glass surfaces and wipe down the interior with a clean, damp sponge.
2. This unit comes with multiple decal options. If you decide to use the decals, it's recommended to use them
on different sides of the merchandiser to give it versatility. You can then have whatever you're serving that day
face the customers.
3. Plug the female end of the power cord into the unit, and the male end of the power cord into a properly
grounded electrical outlet.
4. Turn the light, motor, and heat switches to the ON position, and adjust the temperature knob to maximum. For
first use, allow the unit to run for 30 minutes to burn off any left-over residue from the manufacturing process
5. For normal operation, allow the merchandiser to preheat for 10-15 minutes, or until you can feel the heat
coming from the unit.
6. Load the food product into the unit by opening and closing the doors.
7. When unloading to serve food, simply open the doors and remove the food product
8. When finished, be sure to turn off and unplug the machine from its power supply
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Turn the unit off and unplug, allow the unit to cool up to 30 minutes.
2. Remove all food product from the unit.
3. Use a degreaser such as Noble Chemical's Formula D Decarbonized and Degreaser (147FORMULAD) and a
damp cloth to wipe the interior and exterior
4. Clean the glass with a window cleaner, such as Noble Chemical's Reflect Glass Cleaner (147REFLECT)
5. Allow the unit to air dry complete before using
