Before calling After-sales Service, first check the table below to see whether you can rectify the fault yourself.

The temperature differs considerably from the setting.

No display lights up.

The power plug is not properly plugged in.

The circuit-breaker has tripped.

There is a power cut.

A warning signal sounds

Appliance door is open.

Switch the appliance off for 5 minutes.

If the temperature is too high, re-check it after a couple of hours.

If the temperature is too low, re-check it after a day.

Plug in the mains plug.

Check the circuit-breakers.

Check whether there is power to the appliance.
