g. If required, the rotation and lock position may be changed to suit the user:
i.
Open the door.
ii.
Remove the bolt in the back of the lock.
iii. Carefully remove the lock cam and lock washer.

Carefully remove this special 90° washer.
v.
Insert the key into the lock and orient to the desired locking
position.
vi. Replace the special 90° washer and then turn the key to the
unlocked position. Repeat using different orientations until the
desired locking and unlocking orientations are met. Note: The washer can be flipped if needed.
vii. Replace the lock cam, lock washer and bolt to match the desired locking and unlocking orientations.
9. Leg Levelers (presence varies with product or purchased separately)
CAUTION: Before loading the cabinet with equipment, note the use of the leg levelers reduces the cabinet capacity. They are not recommended for
installations requiring full load capacity.
a. In most cases where cabinet is to be mounted to the floor, remove the Leg Levelers from the cabinet by turning them in a counter-clockwise
fashion.
b. In cases where multiple cabinets are to be ganged together, remove the Leg Levelers as they can interfere with the adjoining cabinet.
c. In cases where the caster kits are used to move the cabinet, remove the Leg Levelers as they can catch on the ground surface and cause the
cabinet to fall over.
10. Caster Kits (purchased separately)
DID YOU KNOW? Caster Kits may be purchased to transfer an empty cabinet. The load capacity of these
Caster Kits is 1000 lbs. for the 100, 200, 500 and 700 Caster Kits. The FMA Caster Kit capacity is 880 lbs.
NOTE: Interference could exist between racked-equipment and caster. See Initial Rail Setup section before
proceeding.
CAUTION: Tall rack cabinets are not stable during any transport and the cabinet can easily fall over. This condition
can be worse with the equipment and weight within the rack. Do not move a loaded cabinet on a caster kit.
Take great care with moving an unloaded cabinet on a caster kit. Please use an appropriate number of people or
appropriate equipment to safely handle the weight.
a. It is best to install the caster kit on an unloaded cabinet.
b. Carefully lay the cabinet on its side.
