Remote Control

1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote con-

trol by pushing the lid in the direction of the arrow and taking

it off.

2. Remove the old batteries if necessary and insert two new 1.5 V

batteries, AAA type into the remote control. Pay attention to the

correct polarity (+ / –).

3. Close the battery compartment by placeing the lid back onto

the battery compartment.

Operation

•

Use the ON button to switch on the candles.

In doing so you have two options:

– When pressing the ON button brieﬂ y, the candles light up

constantly.

– When keeping the ON button pressed for approx. 3 seconds,

the candles ﬂ icker.

You can switch back and forth between lighting up constantly

and ﬂ ickering at any time.

Use the OFF button to switch the candles off again.

•

If some candles do not switch on, over or off direct-

ly, check the alignment of the candles and the remote

control: For problem-free operation it is important that

there is an optical connection between all candles and

the remote control.

If necessary, rearrange the candles in the tree and / or

choose another location from which you operate the

candles. Please be aware of the range of the remote

control. This is around 5 m.

Then press the ON or OFF button again. Please note

the different length with which you have to press the

ON button, depending on the desired lighting mode

(see above).

If you subsequently buy more candles or sets of can-

dles, all candles can be switched on and off using just

one remote control.

when the supplied batteries are used, depending on the light

function which is set (lit up constantly or ﬂ ickering), between

approx. 150 and max. 170 hours.

Disposal

The packaging can be recycled. Please dispose of it
