d. 0-2.5V (optional): The orange wire is the positive side of the 0-2.5V output and the white
wire is the ground. See manual for setting the range on this output.
3) Attach the tubing connections:
a. Drain: Attach tubing from the drain outlet to waste.
b. Sample Inlet: Attach ozone compatible tubing to the sample inlet port. This tubing should
be as short of a length as possible from your main system in order to reduce response
time.
c. Return: If you are returning this to your system, you should use ozone compatible tubing
and make sure it attaches to a point in your system that is lower pressure than where
you attached the sample line. Otherwise, send to waste.
d. Air Inlet: If the instrument is being used in a hose-down environment, attach tubing and
run it to an area that will not be exposed to water. Otherwise leave open.
e. Air exhaust: If the instrument is being used in a hose-down environment, attach tubing
and run it to an area that will not be exposed to water. Otherwise, leave open.
4) Allow for warmup period:
a. Turn the instrument on and allow it to warmup for 10-20 minutes before taking ozone
measurements.
