Cleaning rotor of the washing bucket
Atwashingmode,therotoratthebottomofthewashingbucketwillrotateathighspeed.Iftherotorrotates
abnormallyafterlong-termuse,youcanreplacethestainlesssteelbearingintherotor(thereis1pcsspare
bearinginthepackage).Theprocessisshownbelow.
Loosen the screw and
remove the rotor
After removing the
old bearing, install
the new bearing back
following the opposite
sequence shown as
above
1.Themachinedoesnotwork.
①Poorpowercontact.Pulloutthepowercordandplugitinagain.
②Thelidisnotcovered.Tryagainaftercoverthelid.
2.Therotorinsidethewashingbucketdoesnotrotateduringthewashingprocess.
①Therotorinsidethewashingbucketdoesnotmovebecauseitiscaughtbyforeignmatter.Afterthepoweris
turnedoff,pouroutthealcoholandremovetheforeignmatter.Thenturnonthepowertowashthemodel
again.
②Therearetoomuchprecipitationinthewashingliquid,pleasechangethewashingliquidandcleanthe
bucketandrotor.
3.Themachinehasabnormalsoundduringoperation.
①Theflooronwhichthemachineisplacedisnotflatenough.
②Z-axismotorbearingsneedoil.Injectnormalgreaseintotheoilholeofthemotor.
③Thescrewontherotorislooseduringthewashingprocess.Fixthescrewtotherotor.
4.Themodelturnwhiteafterwashingandcuring.
①Theconcentrationofalcoholusedforwashingisnothighenough.Washwithmorethan95%alcohol.
②Curingisperformedimmediatelyafterthemodeliswashed.Itneedstowaitforthemodeltoairdrybefore
puttingitintothemachineforcuring.
5.Touchtoswitchthemodebuttonofthemachine,thetwomodelightsarenotbright.
