Changing the Jaw Size

1. Remove the three allen
head bolts using the screw
driver provided. The centre
bolt is the short one.
2. Lift off the plastic cover to
expose tying head
3. Lift mechanisim to release
the head
4. Ease the head unit out by
gently working the unit up
5. Replace with the new tying
head and follow the removal
process in reverse.

To adjust the Model for different jaw sizes
Each set of different jaw sizes requires your Surspider Wire Tier to be
re-calibrated to the correct size to perform to its best
1. With the gun turned "OFF", turn the rotary dial to "M"and hold the
trigger and turn the gun on holding the trigger in until it beeps.
Release the trigger after the beep.
You will need to know which jaws you are setting your Rebar Tier to, in
New Zealand we use the ZKZ-25A (25mm) or ZKZ-40A (40mm)
2.To change between modes depress the trigger quickly and the lights will
change to indicate the change of mode as pictured in the table below
3. Return the rotary dial to the power setting that you require and test
