Assembly Steps
Pre-drill parts before fixing with screws
12a) Position the wind braces as shown in the diagram below. Make sure that they
are flush with edge of the roof board.
12b) Fix each wind brace by using 35mm screws. Use 6 screws for the front and rear
wind brace. Use 5 screws for the side wind brace. Refer to the image below for more
information.

Pre-drill parts before fixing with screws
13a) Place the Felt layer 1 onto the roof boards and ensure there is an
80mm overhang on the rear and sides. Secure the felt with 10mm clout nails
approximately 70mm apart. Do this all around the first layer of felt as shown
below.
13b) Position the Felt layer 2 so it overlaps the felt layer 1 by approximately
200mm. Secure the felt layer 2 with 10mm clout nails 20mm from the edge
of the felt and 70mm spacing between the clout nails.
13c) Repeat the same process as the previous step for the felt layer 3.
