Precautions!
* Never allow this calculator to be exposed to direct flame.
* Avoid use and storage under temperatures extremes. Do not place the calculator in
direct sunlight, near windows, near a heater, or anywhere else where it is subjected
to high heat. Heat can lead to discoloration or warping of the case, and can even
damage internal circuitry.
» Under very iow temperatures, display response may slow down or fail entirely. This
condition is temporary and operation should return under normal temperatures.
* Avoid use and storage in areas subject to excessive moisture, dirt, and dust. Direct
contact with liquids and dust can damage internal circuitry.
* Avoid dropping the calculator and otherwise subjecting it to severe impact.
* Never bend or twist the case.
» Never try to take the calculator apart.
* Do not use a pen, pencil, or other sharp object to press keys.
* To clean the exterior of the calculator, wipe it off with a soft cloth dampened in a weak
solution of a mild neutral detergent and water. Be sure to wring out any excess moisture
from the cloth betore wiping off the calculator. Never use benzene, thinner, or any
other volatile agent to clean the calculator. Doing so can wipe off the figures printed
on the case or otherwise damage its finish.
