Important Usage Notes

•

Ensure there is enough space to safely install and maintain the Wheel Wash

System.

•

Ensure there is adequate access for trucks and vehicles to drive onto and

drive off the Wheel Wash unit.

•

When assembling take care to prevent hands or feet being trapped into

potential pinch points between sections.

•

Install on level ground only.

Installation Instructions

1. Start the installation process at one end of the system (see Fig 1.1). Lift one

ramp section into place using a suitably rated forklift. (If there is no forklift

available, a suitably rated lifting apparatus can be used with lifting chains to

move the sections into place.)

2. Lift and move a central section

so that the ends have tabs that

can interlock with each other

(see Fig 1.2).

3. Connect it by lining the tabs

up so that they align with the

section below. Lower the section

into place (see Fig 1.3).

4. Check it is secured (see Fig 1.4).
