ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Insert square caps (33) into front and rear stabilizer (2) and (3). Attach front and

rear stabilizer (2) and (3) into main bench frame (1), secure with bolts (23), washers (29), and

nuts (31), Insert 25 square plastic caps (32) into both ends of seat and back cushion frames (8)

and (6). Insert holes in back cushion frame (6) around welded rod on main bench frame (1),

place adjustment bar (5) between both back cushion frames (6) into back cushion adjustment

bracket (4), Lock into main bench with fast pin (25). Attach back cushion (7) to back cushion

frame (6) secure with bolts (27) and washers (30); Insert both sides of seat cushion frame (8) to

adjustment support (9). Insert back of seat cushion frame (8) into weld rod on main bench frame

(1). Attach seat cushion (10) to seat cushion frame (8), secure with bolts (27) and washers (30).

Insert square bushing (34) into front of main frame (1). Attach preacher curl cushion (17) to

preacher curl frame (18) with bolts (28) and washers (30). Insert preacher curl frame (18) into

front of main frame (1) and secure with secure knob (12).

NOTE: Preacher curl unit can be disconnected and stored when not in use.

Insert square bushing (34) into front of main frame (1). Slide leg lift holder (13) through bushing

(34). Insert square plastic plug (24) on top of leg lift holder (13). Insert leg lift holder (13) into

main bench frame (1). Secure with secure knob (12). Attach leg lift frame (14) to leg lift holder

(13). Secure with bolt (22), washers (29), and nut (36).

Insert 50 square plastic caps (21) into up and bottom of leg lift frame (14).

Insert 25 round plastic plugs (20) into leg rods (15). Slide leg lift rods (15) through holes on leg

lift holder (13) and top and bottom of leg lift frame (14). Insert foam pads (16) on leg lift rods

(15).

NOTE: A light mixture of soap and water applied to leg lift rods will allow foam pads to slide on

easier.

NOTE: Secure lock (35) may be used when it is necessary to lock leg lift frame (14).
