D. Slide stabilizing bar over weld nuts ensuring stabilizing bar and inside of tow flap half

are flush.

E. Insert Allen button head bolt through tow

flap half into end cap assembly in stabilizing

bar.

F. Torque all bolts to 85 in.-lbs.

G. Insert hanger into vertical slot at top of one

tow flap half. Secure with carriage bolts, front

plate and nuts.
