Dis- and Reassembling the cutting set

The filling tray can be removed upwards without tools.

The hand wheel can be unscrewed by turning it to the left.

A withdrawing hook is included for easier removal of the

cutting set and worm.

After removing the hand wheel, this can be pulled over the

worm pin and locked by a 90° rotation. The worm and the

cutting set can then be slowly pulled out from the worm

cylinder.

The spacer ring, perforated disc, cross-shaped blade and

pre-cutter can then be removed.
