Never use the machine with a damaged plug or cable. If a defect is found, stop the machine immediately
and have it repaired by the manufacturer or one of its authorised service partners.
The mains cable must only be replaced by authorised and trained persons.
2.7 Functional principle
Use the slicing machine only for the purpose for which it was designed.
The food carriage is inclined so that the product to be cut automatically slips due to its weight to the blade.
Do not hold the food carriage with your hands during slicing!
Always keep your hands away from the blade and use only the carriage, carriage arm or
leftover holder to move the carriage back and forth.
