Float the PDC pin Vout is 5.1V, Connect the PDC pin to GND Vout is 9.1V, Connect the PDC pin to 3.3V(connect
to C14) Vout is 12.1V. Set DC electronic load to CC mode. Increase output current from 0A to 3A and measure
the output voltage on C3 capacitor.
