IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Your safety and the safety of others are very important

Warning: The design possibilities of "80/20 Stuff" are seemingly

endless. As the builder it is your responsibility to make sure that your

design meets the structural, functional, and safety requirements of your

specific application. The maximum weight capacity for bottom wire mesh

panel is 50 pounds. The maximum capacity for the bench top panel

is 400 pounds. The top shelf panel has a maximum capacity of 100

pounds. This is not meant to climb or stand.

Typical concerns when designing this type of application may include,

but are not limited to, maximum weight load, weight distribution, and

tipping avoidance. 80/20 expresses no guaranty as to the fitness of this

design related to any of the above or any omitted concerns typical of

this type of product.

80/20 LIMITED WARRANTY

All 80/20 products are guaranteed to be free of actual defects in material

and workmanship, provided any such defect be reported to 80/20 in

writing within one (1) year of date of purchase. This warranty is limited

to replacing or repairing, at 80/20's option, any part which, upon 80/20

inspection is found to have a defect in material and/or workmanship.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

No warranty is made by 80/20, express or implied, that 80/20 products

as used in a customer's design and specifications are fit for that

customer's specific purpose.

**Apart from the above limited warranty, there are no war ranties,

express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, warranties

of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which extend

beyond the description on the face hereof.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty shall be

product repair or replacement as provided herein. 80/20 shall not be

liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use

of 80/20 products.
