Do not operate this wheelchair on streets, roadways, or any surfaces with

vehicular traffic.

MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY

This wheelchair conforms to the requirements of ANSI/RESNA WC/ Vol.

1-Section 19 ONLY for users weighing more than 50 lbs. The wheelchair has

been dynamically tested in a forward-facing mode, and it must be in a

forward-facing position during transport in a motor vehicle. Use this wheel-

chair with an approved vehicle-installed restraining system that includes both

pelvic and shoulder belts to reduce the possibility of head and chest impacts

with vehicle components. Postural supports and belts may be used in a

moving vehicle but should not be relied upon to replace a vehicle-installed

restraining system that has been designed and tested for this purpose.

HEADREST EXTENSION MUST BE USED TO CONFORM TO THE

ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
