6. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
l No image on display:
l Ensure that the display device has been set to the correct input.
l Ensure that the HDMI cables used for both the source and the display are properly
connected and are working. Test the HDMI cables directly from a source to display
and ensure their operation.
l Possible EDID issue – change switch to 'Pass Thru' setting
l No Audio from the analog outputs:
l Change the EDID switch to 'Stereo' setting
Optical audio only outputs stereo audio
l
l Change the EDID switch to 'Bitstream' setting
If your problem persists after following the above troubleshooting steps, please contact
your authorized reseller or Green Audio technical support.
