Assembly

1) Remove all items from the box and lay out as illustrated in Fig.1 on a clean smooth floor. Note:

be sure to put something soft underneath the veneered maple panels to avoid scratching.

2) Attach the 2 x Spring Holder Tree (8) to the Base Frame (6) using 4 x Medium bolts & nuts

without loctite (49) (2 bolts per Spring Holder Tree) and tighten completely, see Fig.2. Note: the

Base Frame should have the wheels angled upwards, so that they do not touch the floor.

3) Attach the Seat Support Frame (7) to the top of the Spring Holder Trees (8) using 4 x Medium

bolts with nuts without loctite (49) (2 bolts per side). Leave hand tight for now, see Fig.2.

4) Attach the 2 x Chrome Pivot Pole Receiving Plates (9) to 2 x Maple Veneered Side Panels (1+2)

(one per side) with 4 x Medium bolts with blue loctite & washers (47) (2 bolts per side). See Fig.3.
