Setting the Sub System Parameters (for HP-UX only)

For HP-UX connection, select the [Disable Load Balance] checkbox in the "Mode 1" section of

the "Set Sub System Parameters" screen. This prevents sense responses that require access

retries from being issued when the ETERNUS Disk storage system is in an overload state.

For HP-UX server, improper logs may be recorded unless sense response

is restricted. Therefore, select the [Disable Load Balance] checkbox.

(Sense response should be restricted.) Note that changing the [Disable

Load Balance] setting does not affect on non-HP-UX servers.
