Notes to ATX Power Supply Requirements
1) The ATX power supply must support these minimum load conditions for a mainboard incl. processor and
memory if there is no power consumption by any additional components (e.g. drives, LVDS, PCI
adapters, USB devices)
2) Configuration: Turion TL-52; 2 x 1 GB, Windows XP Idle mode (w/o any add-in cards, w/o LVDS)
3) Configuration: Turion TL-66 (max. 35 W), 2 x 2 GB, Windows XP, 100% processor load (w/o any add-in
cards, w/o LVDS)
4) In order to support any USB devices in all operating conditions the power supply should be able to
provide 2 A @ +5 V
24V DC Power Supply Option (internal connector)
The ATX power supply connector previously offered the option to provide -5 V via pin 18 to the mainboard, which
is no longer used for current designs. Thus, the mainboard D2703-S can be powered via pin 18 of the ATX power
supply connector with 24 V DC. The return path (GND) can be connected to pin 17.
