5) CONTROL ARM:

Install the bottom of the control

arm to the main arm assembly

with the 1/2" x 7" hex bolt, flat

washers and nylock nut. Connect

the top of the control arm to the

inside of the top plate of the seat

support using the 1/2" x 1-1/2"

hex bolt, flat washers and nylock

nut.

6) FOOTREST:

Slide footrest tube into chair and

pin to desired height. Connect

reverse footrest to footrest tube

using 1/4" button-head, flat

washers and nylock nut.
