Storage / Winterization

When the daily low temperature is at or below 38° F, it is time to winterize the unit.

Remove Contents.

Turn power off.

Unplug from power outlet.

Remove rear panel to clean fan area and drain pan.

Wipe down interior of the unit using an anti-bacterial cleaner and dry.

Clean the door gasket using anti-bacterial cleaner and dry.

Leave the door open and allow unit to dry completely.

After completion you can store the unit inside, but it is not required.

Start-up after Storage / Winterization

Connect unit to power.

Set unit to desired temp.

Allow unit to cool for at least 24 hours before use.
