b-kitchen smart tips:

It generally takes around 6-8 minutes to your
selected temperature level.
The Glass-grill has 2 temperature levels, which
different levels are suitable for different kind of
ingredients:
Level 1 (low)- 275 degrees Celsius
This level makes the cooking surface as hot as
Teppanyaki. It is suitable for most ingredients
which requires a longer cooking time, such as beef
steak in 3/4 to 1 inch thick, or most vegetables.
This temperature level is also suitable for "keep
warm" of your dishes, you can place your food or
beverage on a heat-resistant container, the food or
beverage can be kept at around 70 degree.
Level 2 (high)/ reaches Up to 400 degrees Celsius
This level reaches up to 400 degrees Celsius, which
is comparable compete with a stone-grill. It is
suitable for food required shorter cooking time
such as a 1/2 inch beef steak.
You can use various cooking tools as long as it is
heat resistant, stainless steel or metal Barbecue
clip would be a good choice. Never use plastic
tools to directly touch the hot glass-surface
The Glass-grill is equipped with a bracket (on the
bottom of the appliance), you may tilt the
appliance by lifting the bracket. This will facilitate
the oil and juices dripping into the tray.
Always use the provided cleaning scrapper to
remove food residues right after cooking (when
the glass surface is still hot). You may add a bit
warm water to soften the food residues. For
details, please refer to part D for a details cleaning
guide.
Yes, but we suggest to use a soft scrapper pad
only. If needed you may add few drops of mild
detergent or a specific glass-ceramic surface
cleaner for easier cleaning.
