Every record inside the phone book includes 2 fields: Name, Phone number.

Phone num:
The Name field is the primary key of the record and Phone number is the field you can use to store
extension number, PSTN number or IP address. Phone book records are sorted by Name
automatically. The functions like search, add, delete records can be helpful to update your
personal phone book.
