● Active Pen is not paired with your
computer.

installed on your computer.
● The device that you are trying to pair
the Active Pen with is not supported.
● Bluetooth driver on your computer is
not the latest.
Active Pen is not paired with your
computer correctly.
Possible solutions
● Install the latest Bluetooth driver on
your computer.
● Install the Windows update
KB2968599 from the Microsoft
website.
● Active Pen works only with Inspiron
7506 2-in-1 Black computer.
● Install the latest Bluetooth driver on
your computer.
● Install the latest Bluetooth driver on
your computer.
● Remove the Active Pen from the list
