Confirm t hat t he audio line- in plug is com plet ely insert ed int o t he j ack of t he sound card.
Set all Windows volum e cont rols t o t heir m idpoint s.
Decrease t he volum e of t he audio applicat ion.
Turn t he Power/ Volum e knob on t he Soundbar count er - clockwise t o a lower volum e set t ing.
Clean and reseat t he audio line- in plug.
Troubleshoot t he com put er's sound card.
Test t he Soundbar using anot her audio source ( i.e. port able CD player) .
Clear any obst ruct ions bet ween t he Soundbar and t he user.
