Intended Use
The powerbrush is a motorized
accessory, only for use with a Miele
vacuum cleaner. Do not connect the
powerbrush to a non-Miele vacuum.
The powerbrush must only be used
for household purposes to vacuum
and brush dry floor surfaces. Do not
use on people or animals. The
manufacturer cannot accept
responsibility for damage caused when
the appliance is not used according to
the instructions, or for uses other than
those for which it was intended.
Technical safety
Ensure that the connection data on
the data plate (voltage and
frequency) match your power supply.
This data must correspond to prevent
injury and machine damage.
Do not use the powerbrush, the
electro-suction hose or the
telescopic wand if damaged. Damaged
parts are a safety risk.
Turn the vacuum off after each use
and before every cleaning /
maintenance. Unplug the vacuum from
the outlet.
Do not let the vacuum cleaner get
wet. Clean only with a dry or
slightly damp cloth when disconnected
from the power supply. If moisture gets
into the appliance, there is the risk of an
electric shock.
The electro-suction hose and the
telescopic wand contain electrical
wires. The plug connectors must not
come in contact with water. These items
may only be cleaned with a dry cloth,
no moisture must touch them. Danger
of electric shock.
Do not open the powerbrush.
Electrical parts inside could cause
an electric shock.
Repairs may only be carried out by
a suitably qualified and competent
person in accordance with national and
local safety regulations. Repairs and
other work by unqualified persons
could be dangerous. The manufacturer
cannot be held responsible for
unauthorized work.
