normal operation of the appliance.
If you are unable to identify or remedy the cause of the problem on your own,
please contact Miele Service (see back cover for details).

Installation, maintenance and repairs may only be carried out by Miele
authorized technicians.
Do not attempt to open the warming drawer casing yourself.
Problem
The appliance does not
heat up.
The food is not hot
enough.
The food is too hot.
The dishes are not hot
enough.

Possible cause and solution
There is no power to the appliance.
Check whether the fuse on the circuit breaker has
tripped. Contact a qualified electrician or Miele
Service.
The "Keeping food warm" mode is not set.
Set the correct operating mode.
The temperature setting is too low.
Select a higher temperature.
The air vents are covered.
Make sure that air can circulate freely.
The "Keeping food warm" mode is not set.

Select a lower temperature.
The "Warming dishes and plates" mode is not set.
