Issue: fspfd experiences ASSERT

while processing Link State Update

record (LSU) during fabric merge.

Symptom: The fspfd experienced an

ASSERT while processing the LSU.

The fabric is in interop mode; the lsr

is generated by domain 4; and

domain 5 is connected to domain 4

through port 1. The supportshow

contains the fabricshow, and

domains 4 and 5 are not present.

Issue: Switch reboot with Time

Service Daemon (tsd) panic while

setting hardware clock due to I2C

contention with another process.

Symptom: tsd panic in hardware

clock set code. When contention

occurs, the process blocked from I2C

access could go beyond the time

limit set by the software watchdog.

The process is then killed by the

software watchdog.
