A. 2 x Impact guard, long, for slde mounting

B. 2 x Aluminium pipe, long and curved

C. 2 x Impact guard, lop and bottom

D. 2 x Aluminium pipe, short and straight

1 x Plastic bag with mounting accessories

consisting of 4 x screws, 4 x conle

spacers, 4 x spring washers and 2 x hex

wrenches

F. 1 x Pack of webbing bands

G. 2 x Suspension systems consisting of

ropes, rope-stays (figure eights), and

screws

lay the parts out exactly as shown in the photo.

Open the pack of webblng bands. First, thread Ihe long bands (part F) onlo the

short piece of pipe (part 0).

Afterwards, pry apart one comer of the Impact guard (part C) with ane hand,

push the short pipe (part 0) into the impact guard and pul! on the bands.

Insert the long pipes (part B) into the impact guard so thai the holes near the

end of the pipes are securely sealed onto the safety pegs when the Impact

guard is squeezed together.

Now Insert a screw, wilh aspring washer as a spacer (convex side up) in each

corner and tighten lhe hex wrench 10 the force of

-15-20

Nm or

10-15

tl-Ib.

Thread the short webbing bands onto the long pipes.
