STOCCAGGIO E MANIPOLAZIONE
sopravvivere all'impatto.
Non usare solventi chimici o solventi forti per pulirlo. Sarà sufficiente passarvi, di tanto in tanto, un panno inumidito.
Evitare di strofinare con forza per non rigare le superfici

DOMULAR 3000 PANEL
The DOMULAR 3000 panel has been especially conceived to meet all installation requirements. It is composed of several
parts that - easily assembled together - allow to build the configuration desired.
The range of possible panel compositions spans from a minimum of 1 row x 2 modules to a maximum of 4 rows x 3
sez.
modules. The corresponding number of analogue call-buttons is up to 66 for audio, or 60 for video systems.

Although the DOMULAR 3000 extra-thin panel lends itself to surface mounting, embedded mounting is also possible.
Surface-mounting favours installation easiness and quickness with excellent aesthetical results. Composition differences
4
between the two versions refer to: module fixing frames, additional galvanised embedding box only. Fig.1 displays a view of a

panel "explosion" with all its components. Let's have a look at it in details.

Surface-mounting version
The BM3000/X wall support is the basic support of the whole panel. It is available in BM3000/2 ( AV0011/02 ) 2-module and
2,5
BM3000/3 ( AV0011/03 ) 3-module configuration. Such a support ( "b" in fig. 1 ) constitutes the panel skeleton into which all
2,5
the other elements are to be inserted. Please note that, in case of multiple rows configurations, it is necessary to use several
2,5
wall supports to compose the desired structure.
The wall support is to be fixed by means of screws and nogs (not included), specific for the type of wall ( e.g. hollow brick,
--
concrete, plasterboard...).
The "function modules" ( GCM3000/0x AV0052/0x audio module, GVM3000 AV0060 video module, PSM3000/0x
--
AV0045/0x buttons modules, indicated with "c" in fig. 1 ) are grafted into the wall support. Upon removing their front covers
and by turning them slightly as shown in fig. 2, the modules are to be fastened onto their special hooks. After that, they can
rotate about their hooks thus allowing an easy access to terminal blocks and wire connections.
--
An important DOMULAR 3000 panel novelty is that the diode plate ( of previous panels ) has been integrated into the
button module, a welcome solution to expedite the assembly procedure.
--
The modules position inside the panel is generally not so important, except for particular installations as €BUS systems or
multiple entrances installations. In these cases it is very important to follow the sequence indicated on the diagram or on the
instructions manual. As a rule, it is suggested to install the video module above the audio module, preferably on the upper
part of the panel.
When modules are correctly mounted and wired to the system, it is possible to complete the panel by inserting the black
connecting plates ( supplied together with the modules and indicated in fig.1 as "d" ) as shown in fig. 3. These connecting
plates serve the dual function of stiffening the mechanical assembly of modules and front plates, while creating the electrical
connection among modules. In this way, cabling of buttons and lamps "common wires" are no longer necessary. Instead,
they will be automatically connected at the end of the mounting procedure, thanks to the connecting plates forming an
internal BUS connection. In addition to the "black connecting plates", fixing frames are supplied with a grey ( or white )
connecting plate, characterised by just one row of pins.
This connection (identified in fig.1 as "e") is defined "insulation plate". Generally, it is positioned at the bottom of the last
module in the last row without playing any specific role. In special applications (e.g. installations with several entrances) it will
be inserted in a different position, according to the installation diagram. Such a connecting plate develops the same
mechanical functions of the black one, while maintaining an electrical insulation between the two adjacent modules.
In case of compositions with several rows, special "interconnecting wirings" ( "f" in fig. 1 ) are provided together with the
fixing frames. They are composed by a couple of connecting plates connected together by an electric cable. Their purpose is
to restore the internal BUS connection between the last module at the bottom of a row and the first module at the top of the
next row.
Modules are supplied with aluminium front plates ( "g" in fig. 1) that have to be pressure-installed on the module previously
mounted and fitted with connection plates.
Stainless steel or polished-brass PVD front plates are also available on request.
To complete the mounting operation, the panel has to be closed by the KCA3000/xx ( "h" in fig. 1 ) and its relevant fixing
screws, as shown in fig. 4.
Frames are different for each of the 8 possible configurations (from the KCA3000/12 composed by 1 row, 2 modules to the
KCA3000/43 AV0029/43 suitable for 4 rows of 3 modules each). In case of multiple rows configurations, the fixing frame
includes one or more central columns that must be fixed onto the base before mounting the side frame.
Finally, insert the four corner pieces ("k" in fig. 1) and spring them into position to cover the frame clamping screws.
