3.13.1 Transfer Call to Voice Mail

NOTE: You must have an active voice mail account for this feature to work.
To send an incoming call to voice mail:
•
During an incoming call, press the iDivert soft
key to send the call directly to voice mail.

3.13.2 Transfer a Call to another Users Voice Mail

1. During an active call, press the Transfer soft
key. The call is placed on hold.
1. Dial #8, then the users 4 digit UWW extension.
The call will now be transferred directly to the
new user's voice mail box.
