Enrol and Set Up:
1.
Press the Messages button on the handset.
2.
Enter the default PIN number sent to you and listen to instructions.
3.
When requested say your name eg John Smith.
4.
Press # the press # again to keep name.
5.
Press 1 to record a personal greeting.
6.
Say your greeting as per company policy.
7.
Press # press # again to save.
Once complete you will hear "enrolment complete" then hang up.
To Access your Voicemail:
1.
Press the Messages button on the handset.
2.
Enter your PIN.
3.
You can remotely access your voicemail by dialling your DDI number. Wait until you hear the
voicemail welcome message then press "*". You will be asked for your ID which is your extension
number followed by #. Then enter your PIN number followed by #. You can now retrieve your
messages.
4.
It is recommended you change your default PIN number to avoid hacking. To do this go to
messages/ Setup option 4, Preferences option 3, Option 1 Change PIN.
5.
If you forget your PIN email
and request a reset. State your extension number.
