• Soltar as uniões roscadas de barramento das ligações inferiores do

compartimento localizado por baixo, utilizando a mesma ferramenta

• Antes de retirar o aparelho, voltar a fixar a régua de contatos e o con-

sole de comando se necessário.

• Soltar os 4 parafusos de fixação do disjuntor e remover o aparelho

(utilizando uma empilhadeira manual se necessário)

A remontagem do disjuntor é realizada pela seqüência inversa.

Fora deste âmbito, apertar à mão todas as ligações inferiores e su-

periores do aparelho, pré-tensionar com a catraca, apertar seguida-

mente com a chave dinamométrica com 70 Nm.

Instalar os parafusos sem lubrificação.

Colocação das câmaras de arco voltaico

Ainda antes de retirar o dispositivo de curto-circuito e

aterramento, garantir que a cobertura para os barra-

mentos de campo seja colocada e que todas as câma-

ras de arco voltaico sejam controladas visualmente

quanto a danos, substituídas se necessário, inseridas e

aparafusadas!

A instalação só pode ser operada por pessoal qualificado

que esteja familiarizado com as instruções de serviço e

que respeite nomeadamente as indicações de aviso.

4.2.2 Acesso aos transformadores de medição

•

Para transformadores nas calhas de ligação superiores no mesmo

compartimento

•

Proceder conforme descrito em 4.2.1, mas retirar apenas as cobertu-

ras A, B e C.

•

Os transformadores sobre as calhas de ligação podem ser acessados

através do espaço para a ligação por cabo.

• Using the same tool, undo busbar bolt joints of lower terminals from

the compartment below

• Before removing the breaker, refasten the contact strip and control

panel (if necessary)

• Undo 4 fastening bolts and remove circuit breaker (using a lifting ta-

ble if necessary)

The circuit breaker is reinstalled in reverse sequence.

However, hand tighten all upper and lower terminals, then pre-tension

them with the socket wrench, and tighten using a torque wrench with

70 Nm.

Fitting the arc chutes

Before removing the short-circuiting and grounding

device, ensure that the cover is fitted over the verti-

cal busbars. Visually inspect the arc chutes for dam-

age and replace them if necessary before fitting and

bolting them tight.

Only qualified personnel may operate the switch-

board; they must be familiar with the instructions and

heed the warning notices.

4.2.2 Access to instrument transformers

•

For instrument transformers on the upper connection busbars inside

the same compartment.

•

Procedure as described under 4.2.1, but only removing the covers

A, B and C.

•

For instrument transformers on the connection busbars access is

from the cable connection compartment.
