Installation Instructions
• Connect a USB-C charger and cable to the PD port (op�onal)
• Connect the cable to the DisplayPort port of the monitor
• Connect to the USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port and check for the blue LED
• Find a compa�ble video resolu�on between the host and output display
• Note: 4K video resolu�on support requires a 4K-rated source and output display
Power Delivery Information
• Connect the cable to a USB charger for the best performance
• Use the charger and cable that came with your device
• Check for the charging icon on your device
• Do not disconnect the charging cable while viewing video
Troubleshooting Tips
• DP Alternate Mode (video over USB-C) must be supported by your device
• Test with a fully charged device
• Test the cable with a different device, if possible
• A charging icon will not display if the Thunderbolt 3 port is rated for 15W
• Some computers require more than 60W for charging
• Disconnect everything, reboot the device and reconnect
• A Windows PC may require Thunderbolt 3 driver updates
