The drive inside the bay cannot be detected.
The drive inside the bay is rebuilding in RAID 1 mode from
the other drive in the ToughTech Duo C.
The drive inside the bay is being accessed by your
computer.
Both activity lights will pulse when a RAID 1 rebuilding
operation is underway.
