Problem:
The dishwasher does not start.
No water drains out from the

Possible causes / Solutions:

• A delayed s tart has bee n program m ed (s ee S tart-up and us e).
• The dishwash er c yc le h as not yet fi ni shed.
• The wate r i nl et hos e is bent (s ee Ins tallati on ).
• The drai n duct i s bloc k ed.
• The fi lter i s c l ogged u p with food res i dues .
• The dis hes are rat tli ng agai n s t eac h other or against the s prayer a rm s .
• An e xces s ive am ount of foam has been produc e d: the detergent has not
been m easured out c orr ec tl y or i t i s not s uitable for use i n dis h was he rs (see

on the tap a nd s wi tc h t he mac hi ne bac k on af ter 20 s econds by p res s ing the
s am e button. Re-programm e the m ac hine and res tart the was h c yc l e.
• Switc h off the app li anc e by press ing the ON/OFF butt on and s wi tc h i t back
on aft er a m inute. I f the alarm c onti nues , s hut off t he wa ter tap to elim i nate
the ris k of fl ooding, rem ove the plug from the elect ric al soc k et and c ontac t

• Swi tc h off the appli anc e b y press ing th e ON/OFF butto n. S hut off the wat er
tap to el im i nate the risk of flooding and rem ove the pl ug from the el ectrical
s oc k et. Mak e sure the wate r inlet fi lter has not becom e block ed by v ario us
im puriti es . (see "Care and maintena nce" c hapter).
