Initial action:

Check for obstructions in the sorter bins.

Check the Sorter Drive Motor Belt for damage and proper tension.

If the problem still exists:

Place a service call.

cover or to push the sorter into place.

Ensure that the sorter is properly mated with the machine.

Ensure that the top cover is closed and the interlock is being actuated.
