1. Where do you specify that you are
requiring all users to put in an Account
ID and a User ID to track media and
scan usage data?
Select "Enabled" on the Web Printer
Manager Tool Accounting page.
2. When the FreeFlow Accxes firmware is
loaded, can the media and scan usage
data be lost from the controller?
You need to save the data from each
printer controller's job log file that is
using pre - 7.0 FreeFlow Accxes
firmware, or the data will be lost
when a newer version of the
firmware is loaded.
3. After you add account, user, and printer
IDs to the AMT database, what tab
should you select to start authorizing
which users and accounts are assigned
to which printers?
Go to the Edit Account Associations
tab.
4. Which toolbar button on the Edit
Account Associations tab should you
select to send the same authorizing
(associations) information to the
printers? This will allow the AMT and
