To view error information about the content, click Show Error Detail.

Try to download the content again

When an error status appears for content, you can try to download the content again.
1.
In the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Player, on the screen that lists content, highlight the content you want to try to download again.
2.
Press the BlackBerry® Menu key.
3.
Click Retry.
You receive a dialog box if the system cannot download the pushcast. In this case, contact your administrator for more information.

I receive the password prompt when I watch videos

Possible cause
The security timer on the BlackBerry® device is set to appear at regular intervals. The intervals are shorter than the length of the
video.
Possible solution
To set the password prompt to appear at longer intervals, configure the Security Timer Reset option in the device.
1.
On the Home screen, press the Menu key.
2.
Click Options.
3.
Click Applications.
4.
Highlight Chalk Pushcast Player.
5.
Press the Menu key.
6.
Click Edit Permissions.
7.
Set the timeout value.
