Starting-up and temperature regulation
Insert the plug into the wall socket, the pilot light
(C) will light up to show that the appliance is
working.
Turn knob (A) beyond the «O» position.
To safely store frozen and deep-frozen foods, the
inner temperature of the freezer must be at least
–18 C or colder.
Therefore, we suggest you turn the knob (A) to a
medium setting.
The temperature inside the freezer is automatically
adjusted to ensure safe storage of the food.
However if the appliance works in unfavourable
room conditions such as poor ventilation, high
ambient temperature and frequent door openings, it
might be necessary to select a more suitable
setting.
Turn knob (A) to the higher positions to obtain
lower temperatures and, conversely, to the lower
positions if a less cold temperature is required.
Freezer operation can be halted by turning knob
(A) to position «O».
Internal thermometer
This indicates the internal temperature of the
freezer. It may indicate a temperature above –18 C
when large quantities of food are placed inside for
freezing or when the door is left open for a long
time.
The thermometer does not need a power supply to
operate.

freezing, this light remains on until the temperature
has reached the level required for correct storage.
