1. Use Valve Kit 393307-217
2. Disassemble, clean, and inspect seat
area. Check mating surfaces and use
Valve Kit 393307-217as necessary.
Locate and eliminate source of foreign
material.
1. Overhaul metering gear cavity
2. Clean Screen (14)
3. Clean system filter
4. Make sure the gears mesh properly
Open Nozzle (2, 4, or 10)
1. Use Valve Kit 393307-217
2. Replace O-Ring (26)
3. Tighten Screws (32) in a crisscross
pattern to 90 inch pounds (10.2 Nm).
4. Replace O-Ring (34)
1. Use Swivel Kit 393307-219
2. Tighten Swivel Assembly (13)
3. Replace O-Ring (12)
Use Valve Kit 393307-217
Replace Nozzle
1. Tighten leaking connection
2. Apply thread sealant* to male pipe
