CHANGING THE CARBON BRUSHES

1. Remove the screw holding the

brush cover in place.

2. Slide out the carbon brush.

3. Replace with the new brush

supplied.

4. Repeat on the other side of the

body.

NOTE: Both brushes must be

replaced at the same time.

CLEANING

• To maintain the best possible performance from your Duo Saw, it

must be kept clean.

• To reduce fire hazard, keep the cooling vents free of debris.

• Clean the area around the spindle and keep the locking nut clean.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

• Check the secondary handle and the guard for damage.

• Always have any damaged, or worn parts repaired, or replaced.

• Always have your Duo Saw inspected and maintained by qualified

service personnel. Do not attempt to repair the Duo Saw unless you

are qualified to do so.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as

waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted,

taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is

compatible with the environment.
