INFLATING GUN 0-12bar
Inflating tires
IMPORTANT: Always refer to the tire manufacturer's recommend inflation pressures, and do not overinflate.
1. Fit the air chuck to the tire valve
2. With the air chuck attached securely, press the Inflating gun (5) to inflate the tire.
Note: Inflate the tire in frequent shorter bursts of air, which will allow more control of the tire inflation, minimising
the risk of over inflating the tire. Releasing the Inflating gunwill display the tire's current air pressure on the Pressure
Gauge (3).
3. If the tire is inflated too much, release the pressure and deflate the tire by pressing the Air Release Valve (4)
4. Once the desired tire pressure is achieved, disconnect the air chuck from the tire
Notes:
• This product is not suitable for use a spray gun or any other application for which it is not designed
• After infl ating tires, remember to replace the tire's valve covers, which protect the valve from dust and dirt

MAINTENANCE

WARNING: Always disconnect from the air supply and depressurise before cleaning or carrying out any maintenance.
Note: There is very little that can go wrong with your air tool and it should be noted that when an air tool fails to work
it is generally because the internal workings have corroded due to dirty, wet air and failure to follow the operating
instructions.
Cleaning
• Keep your tool clean at all times. Dirt and dust will cause internal parts to wear quickly, and shorten the tool's service
life. Clean the body of your tool with a soft brush, or dry cloth.
Lubrication
• Even though the air passages of the air tool must remain free of oil and other contaminants, some components
require frequent lubrication.
• Slightly lubricate all sealing surfaces, packings, bearings and dynamic O-rings with a specialised air tool lube, and
apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to springs and pins, such as the Inflating gun (5).
