Connect module 16-pin plug (See Fig. 9) to radio slot vacated in step 6.

Connect single red wire to a 12V Accessory supply wire in vehicle.

not connect to 12V constant supply (battery)

Tip

: Accessory (ACC) power is available on SRX ignition harness (found

under steering column). Remove panel under steering column and tap

brown wire coming off the ignition harness. This wire will power the adapter

when ignition is "ON".

Pairing

Pairing process varies among devices but basic steps are the same. This

process is done upon initial install and will not have to be repeated

Turn Ignition and navigation radio "ON"

LED inside adapter peephole will flash (pairing mode)

2. On A2DP device (e.g., Smartphone): Go to

Scan for devices

5. Tap

6. Wait for the Bluetooth device name to appear and select it. (One of two

devices will display)

LED inside module peephole will glow steady (paired)
