WARRANTY LIABILITIES

Product warranty period is 12 months under date of actual

filling of warranty certificate, but not later than the first month

from delivery date of the product.

The present warranty is extended to production and design

defects of the product.

The warranty is not provided if:

• the product was used for other than the purpose specified;

•

operation

conditions of the product were disrupted;

• there are mechanical defects (shears, splits and etc)

or damages from influence of chemically aggressive

substances, high temperatures, high humidity / dustiness,

concentrated fumes, electrical discharges, water;

• the product was connected incorrectly or electric power

system does not correspond to technical characteristics of

the product.

Warranty repair is performed at service centre BALTECH GmbH,

NOTE

In case of warranty repair the user pays all charges on
